Dr. Harold Meyers (Ed Barker Award - 1977)
Dr. Harold Meyers

He was Commissioner of the OHSAA from 1969 until 1977. Prior to his selection as commissioner, he served 12 years on the Eastern District Board of Control and served as Chairman of the Resolutions Committee of the National Federation of State High School Associations. He was appointed to The U.S. Olympic Committee - Women’s Track for the 1968 and 1972 Olympic Games.

Wilbur "Bill" Booth (1977)
Wilbur Booth

Coached track at Holland Springfield in 1952. Coached at Genoa from 1953 through 1959. Coached track at Toledo Devilbiss from 1969 through 1965. Coached cross country from 1960 through 1964 at Devilbiss. Won two cross country conference titles and one track conference title. Coached two track individual state meet champions. Official. Ed Barker Award.

Charles "Chuck" Hunsaker (1977)
Charles Hunsaker

Coached track and cross country at Lafayette Allen East High School in the 1966-67 school year winning the conference track meet. Coached track and cross country at the University of Cincinnati in the 1970-71 and 1971-72 school years. Was very successful as the Southwest Missouri State College track and cross country coach from 1972 through 1978. Was a successful runner at Lima High School and Capital University winning three Ohio Athletic Conference track events.

Robert Ramlow (1977)
Robert Ramlow

Coached track at Parma in 1967 and 1968 and cross country in 1966 and 1967. Has coached track at Eulclid since 1969 to the present. Coached girls cross country at Eulclid in 1977 and 1978. Won one girls state high school cross country meet, one girls district and one girls conference cross country meet. Has won 12 boys conference track meets. Coached one individual state high school track meet winner. Was a successful pole vaulter at Bowling Green State University, tying for one Mid American Conference title. Meet manager. Official.

William "Bill" E. Ward (1977)
William Ward

Coached track at East Palestine High School from 1926 through 1969 and cross country from 1937 through 1968. Won 20 league and three district track meets. Coached five individual state high school track champions. Won over 200 dual/tri track meets. Founded and managed the Ward Relays.
